We are pleased to offer a 15% discount off our best available fare at the time of the booking (excluding seat sales and web fares).
To book reservations using this convention discount code, please advise your delegates and attendees to contact the WestJet Groups Department at 1-888-493-7853. Convention codes are not available for use on WestJet.com at this time.

    -    Our WestJet Groups agents are available to assist your delegates 0700-1730 (MST) Monday-Friday.
    -    The convention code CC7255 must be quoted at the time of booking.
    -    The discounted rates are available for travel up to 3 days prior and 3 days after your event. For travel outside of these dates, we will offer the best available fare at the time of booking.
    -    Convention code discounts are not applicable to group travel, but if your delegates are travelling as a party of 10 or more on the same flights, our agents would be happy to provide group fare information.

We will offer one complimentary ticket for every fifty guests booked to a maximum of five per conference. This ticket may be used for a draw or raffle item at the conference/convention. Please contact us prior to your event so we can tally bookings made using the convention code and issue a reward letter if applicable. If you are a Travel Agent, please note it is your responsibility to keep track of the bookings and to email us a list of the confirmation numbers once you reach the fifty seats. Once we have received your list we will confirm the seats sold and issue the reward. Details of use will be outlined on the reward letter.
